A Victorian Feather Collar is only for the most pampered cats... and for indulging her fantasies

Since these collars are from 1½ to 1¾ inches wide, they are worn best on larger cats. They are of such quality that a kitten should earn her privilege to wear one.

The collars are not for everyday wear. Just for special occasions such as gala fetes, weddings or birthday parties. But they can also be used to while away a lazy afternoon laying on a big, soft pillow eating catnip filled bon-bons. Would a pampered girl would turn that down!!?

Be careful she doesn't take too much interest in the feathers, though. Preening the feathers would not be good for the collar, or for kitty.
